Program Support

Today's workplace is evolving at a rapid pace and is being driven by changing technology and the innovative ideas of entrepreneurs. These dynamic shifts are creating new opportunities within our degree programs to produce technology and industry specific graduated to meet these needs. Partnerships between our faculty and industry leaders are vital to keep our programs up-to-date, as well as help facilitate new majors and minors that are in line with these areas of emerging need. 

 

Schools and Centers

Philanthropic support of a school or center will provide critical resources to facilitate cross-sector collaboration internally and externally, differentiate program offerings, and further develop faculty expertise within their field. The creation of new schools and centers at UW-Stout will enhance our ability to respond more nimbly to rapidly-evolving industry and economic change.

Collaborative Initiatives

Cross-disciplinary learning opportunities allow students, instructors and industry leaders collaboration outside the traditional campus boundaries to address pressing regional, national and global industry and community challenges. Collaborative partnerships are transformational to the student's educational experience while growing faculty expertise within a specific discipline and helping to create a solution for a real world industry or societal problems.
