Sarah manages UW-Stout's Sustainability Office where she oversees a multitude of sustainability projects in transportation, food systems, energy conservation and efficiency, green building, waste reduction, and more. She works with students and faculty to infuse sustainability into the curriculum through class projects. She serves as chair of UW-Stout's Sustainability Steering Committee, co-chair of the Campus-Wide Energy Committee, and co-chair of the Waste Reduction Work Group. She is also advisor to the Stout Student Association's Sustainability Council, which oversees UW-Stout’s Green Fee and funds campus sustainability projects that benefit students. Sarah serves on Menomonie's Joint Sustainability Working Group and the City of Eau Claire's Sustainability Advisory Committee. Sarah earned a Master's Degree in Sustainable Community Development from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
