Registering to Vote

If you want to participate in the election process, you must be registered to vote.

Register to Vote

All voters must provide a Proof of Residence document when registering to vote by mail, online, at your municipal clerk’s office, or at the polls on Election Day. The easiest way to prove residency for students is to bring a copy of your voter enrollment letter and your Blue Card. 

Register by Mail

Your voter registration form, along with proof of residence must be postmarked to your municipal clerk no later than January 30, 2024.

Register Online

Voters who are able to match their name, date of birth, Wisconsin Driver License or State ID number, and address with the Wisconsin DMV can register online by January 30, 2024.

Register at your Municipal Clerk's Office

Voters may register in-person in their municipal clerk’s office by 5:00pm on February 16, 2024.

Register at your Polling Place

Voters can register to vote at their polling place on Election Day, February 20, 2024.
