This five-part leadership series has been developed for the new leader, the team leader, the supervisor, and the mid-level leader looking to refresh their skills. The goal is to take a deeper dive into the leadership role in specific areas of knowledge that affect the overall success of your team and the organization.
You can register for any of the five sessions or take the whole series. The cost is $350.00 per session; or $1,500.00 for the whole series. Certificates will be provided upon completion. UW-Stout faculty, staff, and alumni are eligible for a 50% discount. Please contact us for details.
Each course will meet interactively in an online TEAMS session during the date/time listed. For each course taken, there will also be a one-hour individual coaching session for you to take a deeper dive into a topic of your choice or work on specific goal planning for your own continued development.
