“What I enjoy most about my lifetime dedication to education is knowing I have helped someone solve a problem or made a difference positively for them.”
My instructional process is structured around applied research, resulting in applied case study modeling for classroom use. The applied research approach allows me to continuously provide students with contemporary applied learning through applied case situations. My approach also introduces students to the applied research processes to fully understand the industry, elements of the selected case, and potential outcomes based on industry trends.
As a Hospitality Industry Leader, while working for Hilton Worldwide, I discovered I am a resourceful problem solver who can combine technical knowledge with business acumen to deliver desired results. I can forge trusting relationships and build top-performing teams while creating high morale and culture through inspirational leadership.
