Prepare for a variety of professional roles in esports coaching with in-depth, hands-on training in the proper methods and strategies to holistically elevate the performance of online athletes in any title. UW-Stout's Esports Coaching Minor will help you develop the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to coach at any level. Core coursework will focus on coaching theory, emergency response and risk management, sports psychology, the influence of sports and gaming on society, and practical experience. Advanced courses provide subject-specific knowledge and practical skills necessary to successfully work with online athletes and impact their community.
