Cultivating leadership competencies and self-awareness to motivate and lead others through change and uncertainty is fundamental to successful talent development. UW-Stout's Strategic Leadership in Talent Development Certificate is designed for training and/or talent/human resource development professionals seeking to develop effective leadership techniques, build collaboration skills, and enhance their ability to improve organizational performance. Certificate candidates will enhance their ability to positively influence individuals, build organizational relationships, and manage planned and unexpected change at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Note: Students who are interested in pursuing an advanced degree can apply credits earned in this certificate to the M.S. Training & Talent Development program.
