Clery Information

The Jeanne Clery Act is a consumer protection law enacted in 1990.
In this Section

Universities who have federal financial aid programs are required to provide the following:

  1. Campus Crime Data - Statistics and information regarding crime in or around campus are made public via the university's annual security report.

  2. Support for Victims - The university works with survivors of sexual assault, domestic or dating violence, or stalking to make appropriate adjustments to their academics, transportation, or living arrangements.

  3. Policies & Procedures - Protocols are developed that support timely notifications of incidents as well as procedures or protocols for survivors to follow should the need arise.
