From the early planning stages to the day of the event, our dedicated staff makes sure you have what you need to host a successful event.
After submitting your inquiry, our staff will contact you to discuss additional details, options and availability. Once your initial needs have been determined, we will prepare a proposal outlining facilities, services and costs. To secure your reservation, we will need a signed facility use agreement. A deposit may be required depending on the scope of your event. Final payment will be due upon receipt of an invoice after the completion of your event.
