We look forward to hosting you on campus during our first Stout Proud Weekend! This is the premier fall event for families, friends, and supporters of our Stout students. Join us for events on campus including Bingo, free movie Friday, the Stout Proud Picnic and a home football game vs rival, UW-Eau Claire. We encourage visitors to take advantage of our local community, parks, trails, shopping, eating and everyone's fall favorite, pumpkin patches!
Stout Proud Picnic
Join the Stout Alumni Association for a picnic featuring local band, The Cutaways! There will be food, yard games, balloon artist, caricature artists and more!

Location: South Campus Lawn
Note: Stout students need to purchase a ticket for the picnic if they plan to attend, the picnic is not part of the regular dining plan.

How well do you think you know your roommate? What’s their favorite thing to binge watch? What brand shampoo do they use? What’s their biggest pet peeve? If you can answer these questions and more come to the roommate game and raise your hand to join us on stage in a competition of who knows who best. We’ll be looking for roommate pair who only met each other this fall, another pair who’ve lived together for 3+ semesters and hopefully a pair that have lived together for 2+ years! Join us on stage to win big prizes OR relax in the audience and cheer on your favorite team. On stage or in the audience it’s sure to be a night of laughs.

Stout Proud Weekend Details
Check-In Information
Upon arriving on campus, please stop by the Memorial Student Center’s Stout Proud Weekend Check-in/Registration. The check-in table will be located on the lower level of the Memorial Student Center (outside of the Involvement Center).
- Starting on Friday at 2:00 p.m., this table will be staffed throughout the weekend to welcome you to campus. Stop by to check in, pick up a weekend program, coupon book and get your questions answered.
- Be sure to have your photo taken at our photo booth on Friday (2:00-7:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). We’d love to send you home with a group photo.
Parking Information
Please park in Lot #29 (located behind Johnson Fieldhouse) and Lot #18 (behind Jarvis Hall). Both lots are near the Memorial Student Center, which is where many events are taking place.
- Both lots are free for guests to use starting at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and throughout the weekend.
- There is also limited metered parking near the Memorial Student Center on 3rd Street, which is also free starting on Friday at 5:00 p.m. and through the weekend. More parking and campus maps can be found here.
