All Campers Receive
- 4 hours (Junior STEAM) or 6 hours (STEAM) of hands-on instruction/lab time per weekday

Available Scholarships
Scholarships are available through the generosity of the following school districts:
Chippewa Falls Unified School District
11 campers who attend the Chippewa Falls Unified School District can attend summer camps free of charge. Students must live within the Chippewa Falls Area School District to qualify.
Eau Claire Area School District
63 campers can register as day campers at no cost. The overnight camper fee is $150 for the full camp experience. Students must live within the Eau Claire Area School District to qualify.
Grantsburg School District
Five campers who attend the Grantsburg School District qualify for the Parker-Hannifin Scholarship, which covers camp registration.
School District of the Menomonie Area
Campers can register as day campers at no cost. The overnight camper fee is $150 for the full camp experience. Students must live within the School District of Menomonie Area to qualify.
Additional Scholarships
Additional scholarships are available. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please fill out this survey which will ask you to explain why you would like to attend camp and what that experience would mean to you. Scholarship recipients will be notified within two weeks of applying.
Refunds and Other Camp Policies
Refunds
All cancellation notices must be received in writing (email is acceptable). A full refund will be granted through May 31, 2025. Due to commitments made for camp resources, staffing, and materials, refunds cannot be provided after that date.
Program Changes and Cancellations
The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and activities or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each attendee if a program is not held for any reason. The university's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
